1: I have a Basic fitting (one box outside my home with 2 cables coming in the wall).   I connect my PC or laptop using a cable with a clip on the end.

2:  I have a Total Wireless fitting, one box outside my home and a little silver or white unit inside my home. I connect wirelessly to this unit which has a personalised name (eg Casa Brian)

3:  I dont have a fitting, I connect wirelessly with my laptop to a hotspot (eg CanaryNet Castillo Mar)

4:  My code doesnt work!

5:  I am having trouble buying online

1:  Tengo la Systema Básico (una caja estanca fuera de mi casa con 2 cables que entrar en la pared. Conecto con un cable.

2:  Tengo la systema 'Total Wireless' (una caja estanca fuera de mi casa y una pequeño unidad  (plata o blanca) dentro de mi casa. Me hago una conexión inalámbrica.

3:  No tengo una systema de Canarynet. Me hago una conexión inalámbrica al Hotspot directo (eg CanaryNet Castillo Mar)

4: Mi codigo no funciona

If we come out to you, and the fault is related to our equipment then there will be no charge for a callout, however, if the fault is found to be related to your PC or Laptop or you have forgotten your Total Wireless encryption (WEP) key then there will be a

minimum charge of 10€.
